Outlook Web Access

What is Outlook Web Access (or OWA for short)?

OWA is a way to access your e-mail account over the internet using any standard web browser in a reasonably secure fashion. While any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, etc, etc,) should work just fine, Internet Explorer is recommended. Microsoft made sure that OWA looks and works best with Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer 7 introduces some new security features which complicate the process of connecting to OWA. If you've installed IE7, please click here for additional instructions on how to get rid of certificate errors permanently.

OWA looks and works very similar to regular Outlook when you use Internet Explorer and is very easy to use. If you have any questions or issues, please contact WALS Staff for assistance.
